The property had 4 showings and 2 offers OVER asking price in less than 48 hours. If I was selling or buying again there is no other agent that I would even consider other than Noel. She is DYNAMIC!!! I never expected the home to sell in less than 48 hours and was very pleased with the price that it sold for. It exceeded my expectations.
