Seller reviewOn first meeting Clark Wright, he seemed to know both the area and the market and had both energy and enthusiasm. He didn't seem to be "going through the motions," but appeared to be enjoying what he did. Clark went definitely went "the extra mile" in dealing with the property and what needed to be done, from hauling stuff away to completing minor repairs. The whole process was efficient and painless thanks to him. The high recommendation for Clark we had gotten proved absolutely valid. I would definitely use him in any real estate transaction I might be involved with.

Buyer reviewFrom the beginning Clark was very professional and attentive to my needs for buying a house and what I'm looking for. I am a first time home buyer so I was very overwhelmed with the process but Clark was patient and walked me through every step of the way. He went above and beyond, helping seller with dump runs so she could get out on time, paying for me to get my notary faster, making phone calls to make things happen, and always answering my calls. I can't say enough positive things about him and I hope he gets major credit for this sale it was not easy. If I ever buy again, Clark will be my first call and I will refer everyone I know to him. Between a global pandemic and a sudden influx off well the people fleeing the big cities to the foothills the market was anything but good for us. And yet we managed to find an amazing house for amazing price and how? Clark. Clark has been energetic, forthcoming, positive and supportive through the whole process. He had been tireless and went well beyond what would be considered the minimal expectations. Can't think of any other real estate agent I'd like to work with more more than Clark
