Buyer reviewClaudine was absolutely wonderful in all aspects of our purchase. I wish we were still shopping just so we could continue exploring houses with her! She was extremely helpful and I felt like she was absolutely representing our best interests and there was zero pressure from her on making a purchase. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help in our home buying experience. Once we made an offer, she made everything feel so easy but kept us fulling informed and looped in on what was happening. Claudine is an absolute gem, and I would absolutely recommend her to my friends and family.

Seller reviewWe had what we considered a unique property and Claudine understood and "spoke our language" with shared ideas on how to approach the sale where others didn't seem to see the potential. She listened to our ideas and concerns and also explained some of the potential negatives for our location. Her plan for the sale was one that we all agreed on and worked very well. She went the extra mile to prepare my home for sale. Together, we changed up the landscaping and had so much fun doing that, I really want to hire her to help landscape the new place. Claudine has a 6th sense about timing. We ended up listing my house for $20,000.00 more than the number we had been considering for the past few months. This was all about timing and I got the full asking price! I am thrilled with everything Claudine did for me and we have become friends, in addition to business partners. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to list their home for sale, or buyers looking to purchase a home.
