Cliff acted as my buyers agent and sellers agent in two recent transactions. He is diligent, responsive and kind. He demonstrated deep knowledge of the greater Washington, DC, area, as well as understood my interests and needs. He quickly narrowed potential properties based on my wish list and found several perfect matches. However, it was understanding of the area, including traffic, access to the Interstate, ability to walk to shopping and restaurants, which made my decision much easier. Buyer reviewI have bought and sold MANY houses (over 12) over my lifetime and have had the full range (good and bad) of realtors. Cliff by far has been the best! He showed us many homes and we shifted our areas of focus a few times (sorry Cliff) but he never once complained and was always the constant professional. He NEVER once pressured us in buying or deciding on a house. Towards the end he knew exactly what we were looking for a recommended the last house we purchased in the end. Without a doubt I would highly recommend Cliff!
