Buyer reviewColin listened to the list of the things we wanted in a home. He showed us approximately twenty houses and helped us search until we found the one that met all of our needs. We have a son on the spectrum and Colin was helpful with him as well while looking at houses. He was patient with us no matter how many phones calls or text messages we sent. He helped us find our dream home.

Buyer reviewA very enjoyable experience working with Colin. He is extremely knowledgeable concerning property on Lake Cherokee, with family living there. He even had us meet his parents, who took us out on the lake for a 3 hour tour of the lake, and to see some of the properties from the lakeside. He assisted us with many tasks that had to be done locally , since we are 5 hours away. He even worked to get dangerous trees removed from the property , helping the elderly seller. He went above and beyond many times, and never refused to assist us in any way.
