Colin Brady from the very start showed a sincere desire to find a house to match our needs. When we told him we had to have a place for our mom and my husband and I but that we didn't want to live together, but we wanted to be in the same house, it seemed impossible to find something that would allow us to live together.....but not together. He showed us any and every property we wanted to see and did so quickly. When he found the house that was already set up as a duplex, we were amazed at how quickly everything went through. I would highly recommend Colin because he put at us ease immediately and did not pressure us to just buy anything, but took time to find just the right place.

Colin was truly amazing. He went through this process with me for over a year. He never once showed a sign of frustration or that I was not a priority. If it wasn't for Colin I still wouldn't have a home. I can't say enough positive things about his dedication and down right hardwork he put in.
