Buyer reviewColleen's knowledge of the local market is second to none. She pays attention to everything that happens in local real estate and is eager to share. The most important part of buying and selling, in my opinion, is that listing (price) of the house. Are you selling at the right price and are buying at a fair price? Colleen is quick to point out, without even looking at paperwork, which recent local listings compare to yours. She is able to take the burden off the seller/buyer from the standpoint of price. I was impressed how spot on Colleen was with her knowledge of house value. Secondly, Colleen's knowledge of house repairs, house defects and what work is the responsibility of the seller or buyer is a huge asset. I have sold a house and now purchased a house with Colleen and I could not be happier with the result of both transactions. I would recommend Colleen to anyone in the local market that is buying or selling a house. Thank you Colleen.
