She kept in contact with all of us (Mom and Dad, And my two brothers) on a daily basis. From May until the closing in August. She communicated with us every day. Outstanding commitment to us. She couldn't have done anything more for us. Colleen is not only interested in listing the property and then walking away. She stays with the property and actively markets it and then when a sale is made stays on every detail until the closing. She is the best. And she actually knew the details of the property and sale better than our attorney and did not hesitate to correct him on several occasions. Without her this would never have worked out to our satisfaction. Colleen provided outstanding research documents to validate her marketing plan and price. She sold herself by her expertise and professionalism. She demonstrated her talent, professionalism, knowledge and work ethic which in our opinion is second to none.
