Seller reviewI interviewed agents. Colleen came in with all the answers to my questions without me having to ask. IMPRESSIVE! We had septic and radon issues! Colleen assistance and knowledge was so welcomed in the process. She calmed us down and offered sound advice throughout! Super knowledgeable about the area! Always available! Buyer reviewCollen truly is the best at what she does. The process of selling our house was seamless and we enjoyed the process of working with Collen to find a new home for our family. From beginning to end, Colleen was open, transparent, compassionate and really took the time to understand our needs and what we were looking for to find the perfect house or our family. It took some time to find the right home to fit the needs of our growing family, due to inventory and wanting to be only in Pequannock. Collen kept us updated any time something came on the market and would take us to see it right way. She wanted us to see everything that could potentially fit our needs, but would help us to determine if it was truly the best option for our family. We can't thank Collen enough and are forever grateful for her hard work, dedication and friendship. We love our new home and look forward to many happy years in it.
