We had worked with Collin Bray in the past to find our rental apartment in Back bay. We were very impressed with his professionalism and how quickly we found the perfect apartment. Once we started looking for a home to buy we knew from the beginning that we wanted to work with Collin again. We were complete novices in home-buying. so in our initial meeting, Collin methodically walked us through the whole procedure from the beginning to the end. We then talked about what was important to us and the areas that were suited to our needs. During the search we found Collin and James Larkin to be very knowledgable and prompt in answering our questions. Collin was very proactive and resourceful to come up with inventory that we had not paid attention to or were not yet on the market. Collin helped us with our bidding strategy too and we not only got the first house we bid on but we also managed to save quite a bit of money. The walk-throughs and final walkthrough were a breeze with both Collin and James paying attention to every detail. The closing and the financial side of things can often be the thing that can be tricky (or so we had heard) but Collin has a fantastic team who worked diligently to answer all our questions and made sure we closed in time. All in all we are both extremely happy about working with Collin and his team and could not ask for more. We have already passed on his details to friends of ours who are in the market and will continue to spread the good word.
