Buyer reviewCollin has assisted me as both buyer and seller agent in multiple transactions. He has been very helpful from providing insights about properties to negotiating deals. Even when his insights would mean I don't make an offer and therefore he would miss on commission, he is not afraid to do so which is what I love about him. He has worked diligently, supported thoroughly and kept his cool even when working with difficult counter-parties. For example, we had a buyer who was making a lot of last minute requests near closing. He helped to shield us from frivolous requests while also helping us understand legitimate ones. I am looking forward to future transactions and I would recommend him to any serious buyer or seller.
