We saw the property on Zillow and asked to see it. Conner was the agent that contacted me right away. After we looked at the house the second time he asked to work up a spec sheet on our house. A few years back another agent had done this and presented us with a thick printout of her findings. Conner did some comparisons for our property and presented a figure. Next thing I knew we had an offer in on the condo and had 7 days to get our house ready to show! He was exactly what we needed- energetic, positive, get-the-ball-rolling kind of agent! Conner selected a photographer that he knew could make our home look its very best which resulted in some 27 showings in 30 days! He found the first couple who put in an offer and that spurred other offers and resulted in the sale of our property. He always stayed positive, listened to our concerns and questions and responded promptly in a caring, thoughtful manner. Even when Conner was sick with Covid he kept an eye on what was happening. Our seller was a difficult guy to deal with and Conner had to make many calls to the listing agent to find out what was happening when deadlines passed and we had no answers. He did the best deal he could get for us when the seller would not fix the items listed on the inspection report. Conner secured an electrician, plumber, restoration company,and cleaning ladies for us in order to get this property ready to inhabit all within the last week before closing. He also recommended A Smooth Move for our moving company which turned out to be a wonderful suggestion! I would recommend Conner to my family and friends. We always felt like we were his number one customer even when he had a million balls all in the air at one time! What a fine young man and a rising star in the real estate field.
