Seller reviewConnie Steinbach was professional, hard-working, responsive, and effective. She was always available to answer our questions and lend her professional advice, and her marketing plan resulted in an offer at 40k over asking in the first weekend. Connie recommended a 'coming soon' and an open house to gain traction with local buyers. When the initial pictures weren't perfect, she coordinated an additional shoot to make sure we had sunset shots that showed off the property. The pictures, the staging, and the sales strategy came together to make us attractive to prospective buyers. We received 8 offers on the first weekend and ended in a bidding war. Connie's strategy and execution made this success possible. Connie also took several hours out of her evenings on three occasions to come to our home and strategize with us. She was patient and thoughtful, and her advice was invaluable. Additionally, we were impressed by her integrity. She was dedicated to doing things the right way - the ethical way - and this made it even easier to trust that she was doing right by us. We wouldn't think of using anyone else to purchase a home in AZ.

He felt confident that Connie would be a good fit in helping my wife and I find a new place in Arizona that we could call home. Connie Steinbach was fantastic from start to finish in regards of helping find a area that my wife and I could call home. Each aspect of the buying process with Connie was navigated at a high level and we couldn't have asked for anything more from Connie as she was fantastic to work with. From searching to knowledge to communication and patience, Connie was Excellent at all the above. My wife and I could not have asked for any more as well as find anyone better suited to help with such a huge life decision such as purchasing a home. If there was a higher rating than "Excellent", that would be the rating I would choose for Connie on each part of the process of purchasing a home. I would recommend Connie Steinbach to all family and friends that are in need of a realtor.

Buyer reviewConnie guided us successfully through a very complex home purchase. As we lived near the coast in California, we could not always be in Arizona when a property of interest came on the market and the speed at which great properties were being snatched up made our situation even more difficult. Many times when properties were listed, she quickly traveled to the Prescott area providing us with a ZOOM meeting so that we could see whether we wanted to make an offer. She is patient, hard-working and very trust worthy. We absolutely couldn't be happier with our new home. The right size. The right location. And, $25,000 below the appraised value. My wife and I strongly recommend Connie for all real estate needs!

She was excellent at keeping me on track to make sure I met my self imposed deadlines for preparing my house for listing. She even stepped right in and helped move furniture to prepare for an Open House on the following day! (Who does that?) I would not hesitate to use her again.
