Conor was amazing to work with. He always made himself readily available to answer all of our questions and made it a priority of his to ensure we had everything we needed in every step of the process. On multiple occasions he helped talk me off the ledge! He was always professional and a breeze to work with. He set the bar high and I will always recommend him.

As a first time home buyer, I was overwhelmed with information from all aspects and had reached out to many friends about a realtor in the area. I had heard from them about Century 21 and more specifically Conor's expertise and knowledge. When I approached Conor, he responded to me immediately upon the call. He was very courteous and understanding of the list of needs/wants that I initially had. He walked me through the entire process and provided daily updates to houses that were available within our budget and neighborhoods we were looking at. He provided local area knowledge to us in regards to amenities, services, and attractions nearby along with commute times. All critical when buying a home but was presented in such a fashion that made our decision easier and more comfortable. Our process was a little different in the sense that we were buying from across the country and had only one weekend to visit and view houses. With the amount of houses we wanted to see I'm the short time we were here, Conor made our trip very much so worth while. Setting up countless showings with enough time in between each to get a feel for the home without being rushed. He provided background knowledge on neighborhoods and how the homes were built, that only comes from a seasoned professional. With the house market on the rise and options becoming more limited, Conor eased our process by researching more properties that would fit our budget, needs, and commute. We did not find a place on our trip out there, however we did find one a few days later online. After referencing Conor's opinion on the house and a few emails, we had an offer in later that day. I would not have liked to put in an offer on a place sight unseen but through Conor's high recommendations and assuredness, we put an offer in and we got the house! Overall the best part of this entire process was Conor's communication. I had many questions that had come up through everything and Conor's responses were immediate, timely and well thought out. I knew I could lean on Conor as a first time buyer and I am so very glad that I did. If anyone is looking for a place in the SOMD area, the highest of recommendations goes to Conor. I don't know how I would have made it look so easy without him on my team.

Conor was very active in helping us acquire the property originally as a rent to buy. He was always available and wanted to be sure we had all the knowledge we needed to purchase the home when the time came. I have recommended Conor to others and will continue to do so. Conor is always on time, polite, respectful, and easy to work with. I know that even after the sale has been finished he is there to continue to help with any questions we have. Overall I give him an A++!!

Conor was instrumental in helping us find the right investment property! We had an idea of what type of property we were looking for; however we were challenged by the limited number of houses on the market. Conor worked diligently to identify as many options as possible until we found the right one! Not only did Conor help us find the property, Conor identified a tenant to move in 2 days after closing!

We weren't sure if it was the right time to sell our house so we contacted Conor to get his opinion on what we should do based on today's housing market. He was very knowledgable and helped us make the right decision for our family. He was very helpful during the selling process and was always available to answer questions we had. Hopefully we will find a house soon to buy and will be contacting Conor again. We will never use any other agent.

The overall experience as a first time homebuyer was excellent. Conor is very knowledgeable in his field and flexible with his time to accommodate the buyers time when looking at homes. The transition from placing an offer to going to closing was seamless and smooth. Conor was on top of all my calls and emails. His response time was almost immediate and kept me well informed of the progress and what the next step was. Conor was on top of scheduling the inspections needed. As soon as the contract was accepted the inspectors were scheduled and out the next week! I am very pleased with my decision using Conor as my realtor and would highly recommend him for anyone else looking to buy or sell. I really appreciated that after closing, Conor called me to check in on how it all went and to congratulate me! I know when the time comes for me to sell my first home, he will be my first choice as a realtor again!
