Seller reviewConor is very responsive & knows the area well. He was very available, always honest, and always follows up. He made the selling process easy. I appreciate how he explained the process and was always available to answer questions. He offered advice based on his years of experience, but wasn't insistent about it. He made sure he followed up with s call or text when he sent me documents. He really understands the market and the area & knows what works. He's always s pleasure to speak to. We used Conor when we bought our current house, for this sale, and we'll use him again when we go to sell. I can't recommend him enough!!

He wakes up in the morning and pisses excellence, and no one can hang with his stuff, he's just a big hairy American winning machine...if you ain't first you're last. If you are looking to buy, sell, or even rent your house, Conor Loughran is the one to go to. He was helpful at all crossroads of the home buying process. We never once felt pressured to buy, never once felt dumb for asking dumb questions, and never once thought about changing agents. Seller reviewConor Loughran made me homeless! When I was ready to sell my home, Conor came to inspect the property and offer suggestions that would help us get the best possible sales price. After making his suggested improvements, he scheduled a professional photographer to make our listing stand out. These photos, along with his online advertising brought numerous private showings... there was no need for an open house! It was sold within 18 days at full asking price. He suggested reliable home improvement specialists to do the inspection repairs. He made sure to be at closing to support me. Throughout the whole process he was always available to answer questions. He made the entire process so easy and I would recommend him to anyone interested in selling a home in Southern Maryland.
