Buyer reviewAfter renting for several years and many military moves we decided to buy a house. Conor came highly recommended from friends we have in the area and couldn't be happier we went with him. Conor would quickly respond to any questions my wife and I had regarding potential properties or the home buying process. His local knowledge put us in contact with companies that delivered detailed reports and timely documents when necessary which allowed us to feel confident and comfortable moving forward. His attention to detail was also excellent by ensuring all the properties we saw met, or exceeded our search criteria and were recommended based on priorities we listed for him. I would consider Conor a professional in his trade that works to ensure the customer is not only getting a product checks a box, but is the best fit and tailored to the individual making the house into a home. Seller reviewConor was great from start to finish. We sold the house for less than we owed (we know that in advance) but glad he was able to maximize the sales price and close the gap. He answered all questions and communicated with me frequently on the process. When the seller takes a check to closing, your anxiety is already high. Conor's calm approach and tone keep you level throughout the closing process.
