It was important to our family to leave this review for Constance Ryan to acknowledge her exceptional service as our agent for the purchase of our home. As first-time home buyers as well as going through the process remotely as we did not reside in the area, finding the right agent was critical to our family. After researching the various Real Estate Agencies that represented the most properties in the area of our interest, we chose to go with CENTURY 21 Galloway Realty. Our next step was to review the agents' ratings and customer reviews, experience, portfolio of properties and any accomplishments/credentials obtained. We were impressed overall with Constance in all these categories. We also appreciated her prompt response to our initial inquiry, professional yet welcoming personality and knowledge of the area of interest truly sealed the deal. Constance made sure throughout the purchasing process that we were fully informed and comfortable to ask any questions. It is important to note that Constance went out of her way after the purchase was complete to assist in rectifying some issues noted after the previous owner vacated the property. Being remote also made addressing those issues difficult and Constance unsolicited helped us clear those matters. Connie is an amazing realtor and very personable! My fiancé and I were looking for our first home and she did many things that you wouldn't think of. She laid on the bedroom floor to show us how much room our bed would take up and would point out things that could be problematic down the road so we knew what we were getting into. We ran into numerous problems with our lender and unfortunately had to find a new one on the day we were supposed to close. She went above and beyond and found us a new lender to work with!Connie would keep us in the loop constantly and regardless of the time or day, she always got back to us and found a solution. Even with all of the problems we ran into, she managed to get us into a home in a few months! When we finally did close, she left us a sweet card with gift cards to add finishing touches onto our home. I definitely recommend Connie to anyone and everyone looking to buy a home, you won't find much better!
