Seller reviewI am aware of Cory's reputation as a professional and no nonsense approach to her job. I knew she had extensive experience and I trusted her knowledge of real estate in the area. I think the above sums it up! I would recommend Cory to anyone into in selling or buying a home in this area. Faith did a very professional and complete job on the appraisal. Cory was always available and responded to my inquiries in a very timely fashion. From her initial proposal to the closing, her performance was stellar!

Seller reviewCory and Faith are professionals and work well as a team. They listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions. They both had the ability to calm our nerves and assure us we would be ok all in a professional yet personal matter. We were very pleased with the whole experience. Faith evaluated our home under difficult circumstances as it is a vintage home with no real comps in the area. She set a price and was honest with us about the few similar comps she could find in our area. The photographer Cory hired was wonderful, his photos and drone footage were awesome. He made our house look beautiful. We had over 5,000 lookers on the Zillow website, most likely due to his wonderful photography. Cory knows her stuff! She knows the pulse of this community with her many connections. She is the one you want to sell your home or purchase a new one. We were so impressed with her knowledge and connections in this community. She works well with other agents and makes things happen! I wouldn't think of buying our new home without her……she's the one!!
