She was professional but friendly, astute with time and very comforting to handle the complexities of this sale. All went very smoothly not because it was an easy sale but because Cory knew how to assist with the complexities of this estate house. We had issues with the HOA and special maneuvering with the buyer. Cory smoothed through all of these issues to a successful closing. I am so grateful to her expertise and kindnesses. Top shelf human, that's Cory. Honest and hard working; my only regret is that I don't get to work with her anymore since my estate house sold. She was always optimistic but realistically.
