Cory is the real estate agent to choose to sell you home and property. I can't say enough good things about Cory! So professional, friendly, knowledgeable, intelligent, funny. I have never sold a home before, and my knowledge of the process was limited because so much has changed in real estate over the years. Cory explained the process to me and I could always contact him, and he always responded in a timely manner. To me, it felt as if Cory made the selling of my property his main priority. I knew he would be agent who could get my house listed and sold, and I never hesitated to contact him. I would always recommend Cory Mell to anyone!

Cory Mell was great and is a genuinely great person, I had dealt with a few realtors previously and they were not nearly as friendly and it was kind of awkward sometimes talking to them. Talking to Cory was like talking to someone I had known for years, he is very friendly and relatable, will talk to you about anything and is very comfortable to be around. As I stated in previous comments, I had a lot on my plate with my child being born just 2 days before I closed on the house, and Cory made the process as stress free as possible. He was always on time, would respond to me no matter what time of the day I reached out, gave a lot of helpful tips and suggestions on how to deal with things, saved me a lot of money along the way. I would 100% recommend him to anyone I know searching for a home, and if I ever move again and he is still in the business I would for sure reach out to him again. Overall very pleased with the experience and now because of his help I finally have a home to move my new family into!
