She's kind, hard working and even gave us the most precious gift after we sold our home. Our buyers agent was sub par, but Courtney put the effort into picking up the slack to provide a great experience for us. Courtney is very fair in her negotiations, and had the knowledge to provide us information that aided in us making the best decisions to get the results we wanted. 10/10 would use her again and recommend her to anyone that needs a buying or selling agent.
