Buyer reviewWhen I was looking for a realtor I was very worried about finding someone that would work hard to find my family of 4 a nice home, especially because I was moving 1,500 miles. When I met her for the first time and was able to get to know her as we were looking at houses, I quickly realized that she lived up to all my expectations for getting a realtor that would strive to help find a home with my families best interests in mind. She loves her job and will take great consideration into taking care of you and your family. I highly recommend using her to help you find a home!

She was very focused on listing our home for the best price possible, providing feedback on what changes we should make for the property to sell at the best price, and keeping us stress free. She held multiple open houses and networked with other realtors to encourage them to show the property. We also purchased our new home with Courtney Solley. She was wonderful walking us through the contracting and closing process. She even got the seller to take the bulk of the closing costs. We discovered a few issues when we moved in (things nobody would think to look for) and she worked with the other realtor to pay for the fixes out of their own pockets. Couldn't have asked for better service. I would definitely recommend Courtney to everyone I know.
