Seller reviewI met Courtney Solley through social circles and immediately saw her potential as a listing agent for my property. I enjoyed her demeanor and was greatly impressed with her familiarity with this area and her connections in it. I knew prior to putting my property up for sale that I wanted Courtney as my realtor, and when the time was right we met and signed the contract. It took a very short time to sell my home and Courtney was the perfect ally. She kept me informed and was proactive during the entire process, and I could not be more appreciative or grateful for her hard work. I will recommend Courtney and Century 21 to any friend or family member needing assistance in selling or purchasing their home.

Courtney was always in close contact with both my husband and I. She never let us get lost in the shuffle and always kept us in the loop. She went above and beyond as a realtor and she was truly amazing! I really can't say enough how comfortable we both were with our agent Courtney. By the end she wasn't just our realtor but a friend. She made this transition so seamless. Her knowledge of the area and people within her field and outside made everything so comfortable! Buying a home is stressful but with Courtney it was a process my husband and I understood and were made comfortable. She was never more than a phone call away and was always willing to talk, even if she was calming one of us down or explaining something. In the world of home buying Courtney is an asset as she makes you feel like you're her only client!

Buyer reviewCourtney Solley gets to know her clients and listens to your "must haves" and "won't consider" lists. She is always available day or night and works with your schedule. Once we found the right property she promptly submitted all paperwork and lead me completely through the contract to closing process. If anyone needed to respond or submit documents she was the first to gently remind and keep the process moving smoothly. Courtney clearly loves her profession and makes her client's wishes the number one priority. I would work with Courtney again and will not hesitate to recommend her to family and friends.
