Seller reviewCraig Deatley was very responsive to my rushed timeline, and flexible as timeline slipped due to a death in the family. Craig showed sympathy and was respectful of the emotion of the loss of my mother and selling my childhood home. He was helpful in suggestions in preparing the house for marketing. He had equipment for great pictures to create a beautiful listing. With professional signs, strategically placed and a fair market price we had fast responses, many showings and quick sale. Amazing, considering pandemic, election and holidays! Craig walked me through all aspects of the sale. He even helped with finding a handyman to take care of some items found on inspection report. Craig worked hard to make sure he showed our house to as many interested parties as possible and found potential buyers both locally and from other areas of the United States. Ultimately, his hard work is what sold our house.
