Seller reviewI am so glad that we were referred to Craig. He was understanding that I wanted to sale my parents house. They were placed in an nursing home because they could no longer care for themselves. He understood that I wanted to be fair on the pricing so it would sale quickly. His knowledge on property in the area made for a pricing immediately. I trusted his advise which led to a rapid contract and then sale. He was not pushy and when it came to negotiations his advise for me to accept the offer and his reasons were clear. If I had another home to sell I would ask Craig to handle it for me. He always returned any messages and could not have been kinder. I could not have had any better sale. He's a keeper. I can not say Thank you enough.

Buyer reviewCraig DeAtley was very unbiased when it came to pointing out details in the homes we viewed. whether positive or negative, and he had a strong understanding of the structural components of the home and even the elements of landscaping. He was very patient and understanding throughout the length of our house hunt and was supportive when we expressed interest in particular homes and eventually the home we purchased. I would recommend Craig for those reasons. Thank you!
