As a first-time home buyer, I trusted her judgment and at any time I had questions about the process, she was there to walk me through it. Her recommendations for inspection companies, etc. were above satisfactory and the easiness of accessibility made working with her stress-free.

I referred her to a client in an estate sale and based upon information given resulted in a last minute filing of paperwork to accomplish the sale and she and her staff went above and beyond to effectuate the sale. Based upon what I had heard and seen regarding her professionalism I felt very comfortable having her handle this sale. Ms. Curtis knew how to handle problems and deal with them quickly and effectively. I seriously doubt this property would have sold without her assistance. Results speak louder than words. Many realtors lack the "experience" necessary to effectuate a sale. Ms. Curtis has that experience.
