Seller reviewThe phrase "Top Shelf" seems to be inadequate when used to describe Cris Curtis. From introductory telecon through the final hours of settlement, Cris was the consummate real estate agent. Every facet of pricing, contracting, preparation, advertising, showings, buyer negotiations, resolving buyer lender issues, contract extensions, and settlement/closing issues (of which there were several) were handled with a caring and professional aplomb not usually seen or experienced. Cris is so knowledgeable, and has such a 'bag' of proper resolutions to various forks in the road during the process, that she seemingly floats through the decision gates with the proper considerations and choices for her client. It is refreshing that such persons still exist. Cris Curtis is a great 'brand ambassador' for Century 21. Very, very highly recommended for anyone's home selling and/or buying needs. Thank You, Cris.

If we could have found a suitable house in the area before we sold our house in March, she would have facilitated that purchase. Cris is very passionate about her chosen profession and that passion results in satisfied clients. You can always count on Cris giving honest opinions and sound advice.
