When I first met Cris Curtis, I was impressed by her presence- she has such a pleasant, light and radiant spirit. In our first meeting, she was so helpful in giving me tips, references and ideas to prepare the house for the move- even before I signed the contract with her. It was then that I realized she is a helpful, informative and organized person and that her main motivation (unlike another realtor I interviewed) is not just signing the contract/ making money but helping people in her area of expertise- and that was important to me. Throughout my time with her so many examples have proven that she is passionate about helping people Cris helped with the purchase of a new house and selling my in-laws home. She is a wonderful person and excellent professional. Her fund of knowledge with everything related to real estate and home construction/home repair is impressive. She truly cares about her clients as people and she has a great sense of understanding- figuring out what their needs are and adjusting her approach accordingly. She goes out of her way to help however she can and is resourceful. I had such a good experience with Cris that I used her to sell my in-laws house, referred a neighbor/close friend who used her and I will be using her again to sell my mom's house. 4 houses with her (despite my best friend's husband being a realtor) should be the ultimate testament of her outstanding performance (and I am a picky person! :))
