Buyer reviewWe know Cris Curtis from a prior RE sale and were extremely impressed with her professionalism and demeanor. Cris makes herself available to answer any questions, follow-up on any problems and always gets the answers. Cris was helpful in suggesting ideas to get this house sold fast, and it worked! When we purchased our current home we wanted Cris as our agent. Cris was right there to help walk us through all the paperwork and headaches of our recent Short Sale purchase. It wasn't easy, but she made it happen and right in the middle of the Christmas Holidays when just finding someone at their desk was a big event. Cris is prompt, courteous and #1 in our opinion. We highly recommend her! Thank you, Cris Curtis! We are very happy with our new home!

Seller reviewI couldn't ask for a better realtor! Cris Curtis actually went beyond what she needed to in order to help sell my house. She had shrubs trimmed, put her own outside furniture on my porch, had brochures printed, even put little notes around the house and helped out in so many more ways! I would use her again in a minute! CRIS CURTIS IS A GREAT REALTOR, I WOULD DEFIANTLY USE HER AGAIN.

Buyer reviewOur son found this waterfront foreclosure while he was looking for some investment properties on the internet. Within minutes, he had Cris Curtis on the phone. This particular property had to have all offers in by midnight that night. Cris met us at the property within the hour. A few hours later, she met us to sign a contract. This particular home had lots of activiity on it. They had already received 17 other contracts that were going to be presented to the Bank first thing the next day. Time was of the essence, and without Cris's quick response, we would not have been able to buy this home. Needless to say, we are all very happy and look forward to making memories in our summer home. We would highly recomend Cris Curtis!
