Crystal came highly recommended by a co-worker so I gave her a call to set up a couple of home showings. Crystal was able to work me into her schedule on very short notice even showing me several homes on the first visit to her office. Crystal used her excellent local knowledge to help us negotiate a fair price with the sellers and get the house we chose under contract. The inspection and VA appraisal process went very well and we were able to close on the house a full week ahead of the initial projected closing date. This early closing made a big difference to our family as we were living in a hotel and in limbo until we could move into the new house. The quick close saved us money and allowed us to schedule our furniture and cars earlier than originally planned. All of this matters when trying to get set up in a new town. Crystal is an excellent communicator, hard worker, and she completed all of her duties in an efficient and ethical manner. We could not be happier with the job Crystal did to get us into our new home.
