Buyer reviewBack in 2022 we contacted Cullen at random to see a house. The house was not to our liking, but Cullen left a big impression on us. He was thoughtful, charismatic, and easy to talk to. I kept his card and late 2022 I found a house that I really liked and I contacted Cullen to see it. we went ahead with Cullen to buy that house but it was not written for us. Then after we saw a few more houses with Cullen. In January 2023 we saw a house that had dropped on the market in that day. The house was highly sought after. Cullen went to maximum effort to make sure that the sellers accepted our offer. His knowledge of putting in a clause and contacting the agents is what made the deal go through. We are thankful to Cullen and the Century 21 staff for their hard work, passion, performance, and dedication.

Buyer reviewWe selected Cullen as our realtor because of his expertise, patience, and diligence. We did not consider the broker. Cullen sold our home for a record profit! Prior to the sale of our home, Cullen diligently kept in contact with us over a few years as we searched for a home that was just right for us to purchase. Cullen was very patient and supportive during this time. Once our new home was found, we faced many unforeseen challenges that Cullen expertly handled. We could not be more happy with the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home and would highly recommend Cullen to anyone for their realty needs. Cullen is excellent in his field. He goes above and beyond and we highly recommend him. He truly cared about helping us find a home that was just right for our family.

Seller reviewCullen Kurzmann, showed great professionalism is all manners of the sales process, from meeting and advising, to preparing a detailed binder with comparables and pricing. Sold our home in less than 2 weeks at what we were asking for. His video team was top knotch and really made the pictures and videos pop. He negotiated the price on the first offer up to a reasonable sales prices of the 2 offers. They closed the paperwork on the deal very quickly with the title company.
