Buyer reviewI've known Curt for years and have worked previously with him in the selling of a house several years ago. We didn't consider working with anyone else, as we already knew we could trust Curt with giving us the best. Curt and Sarah were amazing! Curt guided us through the process and made sure we were protected throughout, providing reassurance in knowing we could trust him to get us the best. You won't find a better or more honest person. The only choice for me with anything relating to buying/selling of property is Curt. He is honest and trustworthy and makes the the process easy, knowing you're going to get the best. His knowledge of everything related to real estate is impeccable and provides security and protection throughout. I will be using Curt for all future needs! Curt and Sarah were great to work with throughout. They knew the ins-and-outs and made everything as easy as possible. Everything was handled amazingly quickly and accurately.

Seller reviewIt was Curt's "plan of attack" that mattered most to us. Doing the same old thing (we were chasing agents) wouldn't have worked. Our previous broker was at a loss; Curt had a plan. And it was a plan that worked. Everyone says they will communicate, but Curt, and his wife Sarah, actually do communicate, and they do so in a clear, timely manner. Sarah was great. She was available if Curt wasn't, and offered timely input when issues arose. Curt is the best. Our negotiations with the new buyers were difficult, but Curt was steady, direct, and in our court. He wasn't someone who wanted to cave on every issue, and he defended us and our price appropriately.
