I grew up in the house and inherited it when my mom passed. Cyndi made the experience much less stressful than it could have been. She was patient with me. She provided guidence and used her extensive experience and list of contacts to make the process very smooth. Since conventional showings were prohibited, Cyndi developed a plan to better show the home virtually. She also made recommendations for minor improvements, such as selective painting, and also moving out and rearranging furniture to better reflect the space. She was spot on in her suggestion for pricing the home, significantly above my initial expectation. During closing she kept us apprised almost daily of the proceedings and also the expected closing costs so there were no surprises. Cyndi went far above and beyond in her help to sell our property. Since Seattle was hit so hard by the Covid crisis we were unable to return to our home to arrange the sale or to even pack our belongings. Cyndi arranged for an excellent company to pack everything very thoroughly and send it to Kansas City. She recommended and arranged for contractors to do the work necessary to make our home show ready. The result was inexpensive but a huge improvement in how our home looked. She created a virtual tour of the home since conventional showings were prohibited for a time. She recommended a sale price that I initially thought was high, but the house sold for that price. Cyndi was very responsive to all our questions, and always kept us updated to the minute on the progress of the sale. This included after the sale with the closing process. She made a troublesome and difficult home sale for us virtually effortless and stress free. Cyndi was the best person to sell our home. From the beginning of walking in she had a vision of how we would lay out the open house, put together the flyers and talking points to the features and lacking features of our home. She rocked it! We had one open house with 5 official offers to review. Cyndi was amazing and helped us through the entire process and in the end we were able to sell our home and close with money in the bank within 20 days. 20 DAYS! At first i was concerned that Cyndi was not local to the area we were targeting. I was wrong, way wrong. I was blown away with the dedication and persistence to getting understanding of the local housing area and what the best homes with our targeted "wants" and more importantly "needs" were. To say she is a hard working person would be an understatement. I fully believe Cyndi is one of the hardest working people in the industry. She knew everything, and when she didn't she found out within the hour. She fully understood my needs and helped navigate my husbands needs. Let's just say, we didn't see eye to eye on what we needed. And in the end, we found my dream home (which was way over our budget) and managed to speak to the buyers get them down to the pricing we were approved for and got our dream home.
