Buyer reviewCindy did a good job. She was the Seller's agent and had the listing on the property we acquired; however, as the Buyer she treated us fairly and kept us informed, provided the information need to close and paid attention to the details of the transaction. There were multiple Sellers in different geographic areas; Cindy was able to shepherd the Sellers and the Seller side of the process from contract through closing. Cindy has a good knowledge of the local property owners, history of various properties and has a life long involvement in the community. We have subsequently engaged Cindy to act on our behalf to assist us in acquiring certain other properties in the vicinity.
