My husband was entering a nursing home and I had to sell our home which we had lived in for 39 years. Cynthia, her mother, Fran, and Margo Lockard supported me from the time I decided I needed to sell to the day of settlement. From preparing our home to sell, to downsizing and staging it they pitched in and went above and beyond my expectations . Even though we had to put the house on the market during the Thanksgiving holiday we received multiple offers and the house sold well above the asking price. I feel more than fortunate that Cynthia was my agent and would highly recommend her to prospective buyers and sellers. She is honest, sincere, professional and extremely competent.

When the time came to purchase our first home, we knew that we want to work with Cynthia since we had a great experience working with her previously. Cynthia is great what she does. She was able to understand our needs, budget, requirements and work around it. Cynthia was alway on top of deadlines and made sure we understood all the details on the contract and the documentation before we signed anything. She even worked on weekends to make sure we submit the contract as soon as possible. My family and I had a pleasure working with her. I would definitely recommend Cynthia to my friends, family and coworkers looking in the area. I would definitely choose to work with Cynthia when the time comes and we are ready upgrade the house?

Buyer reviewThe overall experience was outstanding from start to finish. I can't say enough how impressed I was at the level of detail, communication, and expertise provided by Cindy and Fran. Things wouldn't have been successful without their involvement. We purchased new construction and to say the least working with the builder and their preferred lender left a lot to be desired. The builder and lender left us feeling defeated too many times. Cindy and Fran compensated by providing insight, asking questions to the builder and lender, and most importantly holding them to their commitments in areas that we were not aware of at times. When we were busy with the sale of the existing home, and work, and moving Cindy and Fran followed up with us for reminders of items on the many to do lists. Throughout the process I kept saying to myself, "wow I can't believe they're doing all of this stuff for us. She really is going above and beyond." Thank you for going above and beyond ! I would HIGHLY recommend Cindy and Fran for any sale or purchase of a home. When it's time to sell or buy anything else I'll be returning to Cindy and Fran to work with them again.
