Seller reviewDagmar was a pleasure to deal with and easy to talk to. She offered sound advise on what to pay attention to while spending money fixing up things, that would yield the best return for the money. I feel that we got a fair price based on what the market would bear for our geographic area. Since we were living out of state for most of the time that the property was on the market, Dagmar went the extra "mile" by keeping up the appearance of the place so it always showed well. When contractors were needed, Dagmar arranged all of the details for us. I highly recommend her to others.
