We made the decision to relocate to Florida during the COVID-19 pandemic. We drove to Florida and bought a house. On the way home from Florida my wife contacted Dame Cascone and asked her to meet at our house the next day. Dame arrived on time and conducted a property assessment and provided us with a clear and decisive plan on how to quickly sell the house. Dame had her photographer come take photos and drone footage of the entire property. We had a few issues to deal with at different times in the sale like home inspection, title search and permit issues that all had me concerned but with Dames expertise and patience she talked me through how to handle them and they all turned out ok! The contract process was fair, the walkthrough was completed with any questions answered and the closing was done. At the end, I think all parties involved were happy with the outcome.
