Seller reviewI cannot relay enough positive sentiment about our experience with Mr. Duck. Damon was professional in every regard from explaining the sales process and timeline to professionally photographing our property for the marketing campaign. He prepared us for the experience and kept us informed so we had no surprises all the way through the closing. The overall process was very smooth and seamless. He provided technology to keep us informed of showings and other appointments. He explained what the most common repair requests were so we would be prepared for whatever items were uncovered during inspections. Best of all, he made this an enjoyable sales process in spite of the crazy market. We are very grateful for Damon and his expertise. I would highly recommend him!

He is easy to talk to and ask questions, and he was always up front and honest with my wife and I. I never once felt any pressure. Instead he let us move through the process of selling our home at our own pace. He helped us buy our own home years ago and now he has helped us sell the same home as I relocate for employment. What more can I say? Very professional and personable at the same time.
