Hello, it's nice to meet you and I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Dan Gilderman and I have been a full time realtor for about 32 years. 21 of those years I owned and operated the Century 21 Gilderman & Associates office in Duluth, Minnesota until recently selling it to Michael and Matthew Atwood. I am now proudly listing and selling homes for the Century 21 Atwood office in Duluth and the surrounding area.
