Seller reviewDan's thourough knowledge of the real estate market in the Manitowish Waters area was critical in bringing this sale to the finish line. IN the process of the sale, he lined up a cleaning firm, a roofing compony to fix a skylight leak and provided the name of an estate sale firm that was not needed in the end. More than that, prior to even listing the property, Dan had several potential buyers that he contacted, and one of them ultimately bought the house without even listing it. He worked that deal over several "bumps" to a successful conclusion. Time was of the essence, and Dan worked established contacts in various places to get the deal done in a short time; that was essential to making the sale happen.
