Personal Profile
As a child we lived all over the U. S. and eventually moved to San Diego, California when I was 16. I attended Cal State Fullerton and graduated with a B.A. in Advertising Communications and a minor in Business Administration. I worked as the Regional Marketing Coordinator for Costco's L.A./Orange County region for many years before meeting my Marine Corps husband and once again started moving all over the U.S. as well as Okinawa, Japan. We relocated to Yuma in 2006 and decided to make it our permanent home. I became a realtor in 2010 because I have always enjoyed working with people and wanted to use my "moving" experience (20 times total) to help make the process of buying or selling your home as smooth and enjoyable as possible. I've now sold everything from single family homes, condos and manufactured homes to commercial properties, land and even co-ops. I've always been a full time agent and will dedicate my time and knowledge to meet your real estate needs. Buyer reviewWe first met Dana in the spring of 2020 when she showed us a townhouse in our neighborhood. She was the agent on the sign. We immediately felt comfortable with her and felt lucky to have her helming our home-buying ship.. Dana was the perfect blend of traits and skills for us: good sense of humor, realistic perspective on the features that mattered to us, and lightning fast response time to our inquiries as well as to setting up viewings. Dana was never pushy and gave us space to carefully consider our choices. Dana was a straight-shooter about the real estate trends in our area. Dana lined us up with great local service providers for both the home inspections and mortgage. Dana had the patience of a saint with us (two indecisive first-time homebuyers). I think we would have given up (as we had in the past during home searches over the years) if not for Dana's steady support and nonjudgmental manner throughout our long hunt. Dana was beyond "excellent" in all of the ways you would rate a real estate agent. We are happy to now call her both a neighbor and our friend.
