Dana Durr was a warm and friendly person when we first met her. We were soon to learn that she was an excellent listener, only selecting houses for us to visit which met our criteria for location, number of rooms, price range, and many other things. Since we were moving from and still living in NY, our availability was limited. Dana had planned a route and selected houses to see in the short amount of time we had available. Very productive visits with Dana during which she expertly guided our search until we saw the home we are now happy to call ours!
