Since I was out of state she was able to provide names for some local resources and check to make sure the sales process flowed smoothly.

We have previously dealt with Dana Patterson with a purchase. Both myself and my husband can not say enough good things about Dana. She is the most upbeat, personable, greatest personality of any real estate agent we have ever dealt with. She is so professional, and her marketing is amazing. She went to work right away when we told her we were selling and took no time at all having potential buyers lined up. We will recommend her to everyone we can. She made our experience so simple and we appreciate it so much. She gave us 110% and like I said even if I wrote a book here, I couldn't say enough good about our experience with her. She is great and Century 21 is so lucky to have her as a representative of the company. She made the process easy for us. Which is what we needed at this time, It was quick and she knows exactly what to do to market for her customers. She stayed on top of everything, she kept us informed of every little detail and she never ever spoke with us that she wasn't polite and courteous. She is the type of person that you can feel her bubbly sincere personality just talking over the phone. We have bought from her and sold through her and we have had nothing but a great experience. I was amazed at how fast she goes to work for her clients. She is great! If there was something stronger than excellent to say I would definitely do so. We think that she is a wonderful agent and person and we feel very blessed to have crossed paths and have her as our real estate person. Also, we had never known of Dana until we contacted her for help with a previous purchase and then that Is why we called on her to help us with this transaction. She knows her line of work, the most professional agent we have ever dealt with and with the most caring treatment of her customers.

Dana made the whole process super easy. She was very honest and thorough with everything! She made this process the best. I had lots of questions DAILY and she always took the time to answer me. She was very straight forward and made sure everything was understood and kept me up to date on everything. For the newer generation and first time buyers, normally the process is scary and hard and confusing but this was very easy and a very enjoyable experience! Couldn't be happier, highly recommended!!!

Dana is the best in North Georgia. When we decided to sell our house, I knew she was the one to call. She was extremely helpful and was there for us each step of the way.
