She was also patient as it took 2 1/2 years to sell. We consider her to be a dear friend now even as our relationship as agent/seller is over. She understood a very special request we made concerning a particular family that we asked to give special pricing to if they sold their house before we found a buyer. Very few realtors would have understood... but she did!
