EVERYTHING THAT WAS RECOMMENDED PROVED TO BE EXTREMELY BENEFICIAL ONCE THE PROPERTY WAS LISTED. THE VIDEO THAT SHE MADE AND USED ON SOCIAL MEDIA JUMP-STARTED THE VIEWINGS TO THE EXTENT THAT WE HAD MULTIPLE OFFERS ON THE FIRST DAY THAT IT WAS LISTED.
