Personal Profile
I graduated high honors with a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering at the age of 20 and quickly rose through the leadership ranks of GE, TECO Energy and Progress Energy before transitioning to the entrepreneurial world of real estate, an industry I have loved since childhood. Prior to my real estate career, I was known as the "closer," responsible for initiating and completing some of the largest sales contracts in the history of TECO.

Seller reviewOur home was not one of the higher priced homes in Dania's inventory but we felt that she treated it as if it were. From start to finish, she was professional and caring. She took a lot of our worry away when we realized that we were in such good and capable hands. Dania was always professional, tenacious and kind in answering all of our questions no matter how many we asked. We loved working with her son Donovan too. He was helpful and professional. Dania knows this market and we felt like she could not have performed any better with all aspects of our sale. We actually had an above asking price contract within 4 days along with a back up contract. This was saavy on Dania's part because the first one ended up backing out and the back up contract became the buyer. We truly would not use anyone else, Dania is simply is the best.
