Dan Boddy was GREAT! Made the process easy. He was ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! My deposit was "lost" (lost in quotes) some how. The day before Thanksgiving, Dan drove over an hour away to the selling agency to hand deliver a new contract and check. He also looked for the "lost" check. HE found it in a side door of the selling agents office. He saved me a ton of leg work! I will recommend Dan Boddy to anyone who needs an EXCELLENT realtor!
