Dan submitted an offer for us on another property. The offer was not successful. When another property became available, Dan notified us and helped us make the purchase. As real estate sales go, this was reasonably easy thanks, in part, to Dan. Dan was easy to deal with, and was always available for questions and inspections.

As stated in the comments, Dan is a true professional with a very pleasant way about him. Easy to be around, we never felt pressured, and we always knew that Dan was looking out for out bests interests. Dan is a tremendous realtor, very hard working and always confident in a humble way. Dan worked hard over many hunting trips to finally get us to the right house. In the end, we felt we had an excellent understanding of the Ocean City market, and really believe we made the right decision. Dan made this a very pleasurable/fun experience. We always looked forward to seeing Dan on our our way from New York to NJ, knowing we would have great places to tour, and Dan's experience and insight to guide us. Thanks Dan, Barb and I will always hold this experience as a great memory because of how well you handled things.
