Frequent, clear and detailed communication throughout the process. We cycled through several potential buyers and landed on the best result in a timely manner. The sale was performed professionally and all details were covered. We were confident in our broker's ability and salesmanship throughout the process. Dan was instrumental in directing me to upgrade certain aspects of the house to provide greatest return for my investment. Dan was the reason we has such a successful return on our investment. Dan provided a multi-prong approach to successfully market our home in the shortest time possible. Dan is one of the best communicators I have ever dealt with. He clearly communicated the goals and the means he utilizes to attain to reach those goals. He is always respectful and concerned about the thoughts of his client. Our experience with Dan was rewarding both personally and financially. The Broker, George, all the agents and the entire staff were a pleasure to work with and always called to keep us informed of any new leads and the progress of ongoing inquiries. They did everything they could to bring the project to a successful conclusion.

Moving, as we all know, is one of the most stressful things we go through in life. My situation was unique and especially stressful. The house was underwater due to the economy, the mortgage was with a bank that was not likely to cooperate with a short sale, and there had been a lot of family sadness. It was the perfect storm. Not only did the Frick team, and especially Dan Boddy, handle this professionally, but they handled it with creativity, sensitivity, and grace. They were invited into a terribly dark situation and they shed light on it. The house sold relatively quickly. The bank, surprisingly, cooperated. The new owners are making a great property their own, and the previous owners are able to start again. Dan Boddy and The Frick Team really went above and beyond what was expected. I would recommend them for sure. I'm very thankful for their expertise and kindness. They rock.
