Dan was patient and determined to help me sell my mobile home even though it was very tedious, and I'm sure he wasn't getting much compensation for it. He went above and beyond in his willingness to help and ended up selling the place for well over the amount that I was willing to settle for. I greatly appreciate all his hard work and dedication, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Dan was very helpful with getting innto see the house we purchased as well as preparing the offer. Dan kept us in the loop as far as the progress of the offer. Dan actually went on vacation and emailed us from vacation. That enough showed us dedication.
